How are payments processed?

How much postage is charged?
For deliveries within Australia, the cost is $8.95 including GST. This is the total postage charged regardless of number of items purchased.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow five to seven working days for delivery within Australia.

Overseas orders?
The Bush Basket delivers gifts overseas upon request. Please contact us for delivery expectations and freight costs via Australia Post International Parcel Service.

What if an item I order is out of stock?
If for any reason an item you have purchased is out of stock we will contact you within 48 hours to discuss either a refund or delivery delay.

What if my order is damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your order has been damaged through the delivery process, please contact us to organise for the item to be returned and a replacement organised.
